Whether you've already booked your airfare and hotels and just need some tips, or you have no idea where you want to go and what to do, we are here for you every step of the way. SERVICES
Platinum Service
Our Platinum option is a complete white glove service where Julie will accompany you on your trip as your personal concierge, guide, and cultural translator! She will work with you to build the perfect itinerary for you and your travel partners. We will use our immense wealth of knowledge and contacts to book each element of the itinerary including hotels, restaurants, private tours, private drivers, museum tickets, train tickets and anything else you should need. In addition, Julie will meet you at the start of your trip and accompany you on your trip acting as your personal concierge, guide, and translator for any and every need you may have throughout the trip!
Includes: Consultation for the design of the trip, unlimited advice, bookings and phone calls for hotels, restaurants, activities, and internal transfers, a beautiful day-to-day itinerary, and 24 hr on-call concierge, guide, and more.
Gold Service
If you would like assistance booking every piece of your trip, but don't feel you need a guide/concierge on the ground with you each day, then this service is for you. We will work with you from the start, helping you to determine the perfect itinerary, booking hotels, restaurants, private tours, private drivers, museum tickets, train tickets and anything else you should need. In addition, we will be available by phone to assist you throughout the duration of your trip.
Includes: Consultation for the design of the trip, unlimited advice, bookings and phone calls for hotels, restaurants, activities, and internal transfers, a beautiful day-to-day itinerary, and on-trip support via email and phone.
Silver Service
If you enjoy researching your own travel, but just don't know the best places and hidden local gems and want some great guidelines and recommendations, our Silver "Trip Guidance" service is great for you! We will work with you to discover your interests and to give you a recommended itinerary with a list of hotel and restaurant options. You will responsible for booking everything but you'll have a great list of recommendations and know the best travel route, thanks to our wealth of experience.
Includes: Consultation for the design of the trip, unlimited advice, and a detailed email outline with recommended flow of the trip, hotels, activities, and restaurants. Note - booking services are not included.
